This is your booking deposit and the remaining balance is due at the time of your service! -BOOKING DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE -Transferable up to 1 time before the 72hr cancellation policy! Cash and Credit Cards are acceptable forms of payment! (No Venmo, zelle, cashapp or checks accepted) After your initial session, we will book your perfection session 8-10 weeks later so we can perfect/touch up any areas that need It. Perfection sessions are a MUST! As I am only 1 person running my private studio, I reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies and inclement weather. **After your service is completed, there are no refunds permitted** ***You must be 18 years or older to receive a permanent cosmetics procedure. 𝗔𝗺 𝗜 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗠𝗨? Not everyone is a good candidate for pmu unfortunately.. I know I know, I wish everyone could experience something like this but here are some deciding factors that currently prohibit you from permanent cosmetics ⬇️⬇️ • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding (come see me at least 3 months after 😍) • If you’ve had chemotherapy or radiation treatments you must wait 1 full year before booking! • Blood thinners must be stopped 24hrs before appointment • If you’re on antibiotics, they must be finished 2 weeks before your appointment! • If you are a diabetic (A note with medical clearance from your doctor is required before your appointment) • If you take thyroid medication (A note with medical clearance from your doctor is required before your appointment) • If you take blood pressure medication (A note with medical clearance from your doctor is required before your appointment) • If you take heart medication (A note with medical clearance from your doctor is required before your appointment) • If you are taking any acne medication or using acne face washes/creams you must discontinue the use for 2 weeks before & 2 weeks after the service • Accutane/ Retin-A must be stopped for 12 months before booking •You must not have freshly tanned skin or sunburn •*For lip blushing, if you are prone to cold sores or have ever had one you must take an antiviral prescription before/during/after your service* ᴘʀᴇ-ᴄᴀʀᴇ & ᴀꜰᴛᴇʀ-ᴄᴀʀᴇ • No sweating or getting the brows wet (other than when you’re cleansing them) for 10 days after your appointment! •No alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment •No caffeine 24 hours prior to your appointment •No brow waxing/tinting for at least a week prior • No chemical peels/facials for one month before and after the service • No retinol products for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the service. •Sick/Cold/Flu please be mindful and reschedule your appointment! •You will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle • Botox & filler *Must be done at least 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after your appointment ✨ You will be given an aftercare kit that comes with a cleanser, aftercare balm and shower shields that you will be using for 10 days after having your brows done ✨ This will keep the area clean and help them heal beautifully! 🤍

Cancellation Policy

**𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠** 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲- Clients MUST give notice of cancellation 72 hours prior. Canceling with less than 72 hours notice will result in loosing your booking deposit! If you cancel before 72hrs and would like to reschedule, I’d be more than happy to apply the booking deposit to your next scheduled appointment. *l will only allow this 1 time.* 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲- There is a 15 minute late policy! At the 15 minute mark you will be marked as a no-show and this will result in loosing your booking deposit. After no showing, if you would like to schedule a new appointment, another booking deposit is required. I completely understand that anything can happen last minute, but these policies are in place because my time is valuable and so is yours! 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬- These sessions MUST be done 8-10 weeks after your initial session. If you cancel your appointment you MUST make sure to reschedule within the 8-10 week time frame! I will only move this appointment ONE TIME if it is before the 72hr cancellation time frame. Rescheduling a second time will result in $100 being added to your touch up session total!
